Uplerr starts with your resume. You upload it, and an AI pipeline parses it to extract your core skills, ranking each one by how much real experience backs it rather than whether a keyword appears.
Then you bring it a job. Paste the raw description, or just the link to the advertisement and Uplerr scrapes the listing itself. It matches the role’s requirements against your ranked skill profile and shows you the result honestly: which skills you have, which you’re missing, and at what level.
The gap becomes a plan. Uplerr generates a personalized learning roadmap, broken into topics with time estimates, so you know precisely what to study and in what order before you apply.
